Self Assessment

BLAST Technique® — Self Assessment

This 10-question self-assessment is designed to help you determine if the BLAST Technique® a rapid, neuroscience-backed therapy for resolving trauma, PTSD, and related emotional challenges might be a good fit for you. BLAST uses gentle bilateral stimulation to reprocess memories without reliving the trauma, often achieving results in as little as 1 hour. Answer honestly based on your experiences. At the end, reflect on your responses: a majority of “Yes” answers to questions 1–6 may indicate strong alignment, while considerations in questions 7–10 can highlight potential next steps. This is not a diagnostic tool consult a qualified practitioner for personalized advice.
